Convinced by the utility of TDCC in empowering human resource engaged in development, Gramsat Pilot Project has incorporated interactive training as an integral part of the first phase in different states i.e. Himachal Pradesh, North Eastern Region, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal etc. All existing TDCC networks are going to be converted in digital.
