Dr K Kasturirangan, Chairman, ISRO announced today
(January 24th,2000) in a Press Conference at Bangalore that, the window for the launch of INSAT-3B has been fixed from March 14th to March 21st, 2000 and it is quite likely that the launch will take place on March 14th, 2000 by Ariane 505. INSAT-3B will be transported from Bangalore on
February 1st, 2000 to Kourou, French Guyana.
