The Prime Minister, Mr Atal Bihari Vajpayee, will dedicate to the nation, ISRO's latest satellite, INSAT-3B, and inaugurate the Swarna Jayanti Vidya Vikas Antariksh Upagraha Yojana (Vidya Vahini) at a function to be held at Raj Bhavan in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, at 1200 noon on Wednesday, May 24, 2000.

Doordarshan will telecast live on its national network, the function of Dedication of INSAT-3B. The telecast will be from 12.00 noon to 12.30 pm
